At Perfume NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your perfume remains in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and has not been sprayed to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the item in its original shipping box with plenty of padding to prevent leakage or breakage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel via a tracked courier service to the address provided in your RA email and keep the tracking details for your records.
